50% for 3U? Is that your raw mark? You should be at least looking at some 80% or so range.every one in front of me in chemistry will be getting a band 6 i think. one of the girls was top 4 internationally in a physics olympiad. change anything?
how much will i need to improve ext maths? music and drama will probably not change- but i have the ability to change ext maths and chemistry a bit more. i have 45% trial tomorrow- what kind of marks will i need to be getting? to get up to 97?
how does a girl who's top 4 internationally in physics would help your result anyway ? you didnt mention you do physics so I presume she would have no connection with your subjects.every one in front of me in chemistry will be getting a band 6 i think. one of the girls was top 4 internationally in a physics olympiad. change anything?

yes and no. she will pull the cohort up but it will all depends on the person who will be getting the lowest mark in external. because you are in the lower half of the cohort in 3u maths, her mark will have less effect on you than someone who's coming 2nd. so this all comes down to your cohort's external.because that girl does chemistry and ext maths and is topping everything and will get a ridiculously high mark and therefore pull me up? yeah?
marks doesnt really matter in the internal. it's all about ranks. plus 3u maths is ultimately a high scaling subject, so more or less it will help.also yes 50% is my raw mark for ext maths. its hard.. top is like 80% at the moment. our school writes hard papers. and in saying that we've only done like 55% of the assessments. --> tomorrow is pretty darn important. but i've been sick for past papers so feeling more confident for this one.
assuming i do crap in ext maths again its not gonna count, right?
if i do well (75% ish) do you think it'll count? --> that'll make my assessment average about 65%
