in my opinion, there really is no difference. For me, i prefer uai, for the reasons specified by jetblack2007. Hearing asian parents say 'arrrr-tar' makes me cringe.

but this year it was 99.95 atar
and 99.90 atar = 99.95 uai,,
so if the system didnt change,, then yeah,, i wouldve had more change of getting comibned med,,
