As you may know, UNSW is planning to charge Student Activity Fees for Session 2, 2006. They are allowed to do this only if they issue the invoice before July 1st.
There is a loophole in that, if you discontinue your program before the June 19th and then resume it after July 1st, you might avoid having to pay Student Activity Fees.
There is a second, friendlier loophole in that, if you reduce your S2 load to 0 units before June 19th then you might also avoid having to pay Student Activity Fees. This is mainly to save UNSW the admin time of having to deal with hundreds/thousands of students queuing up.
