Hey guys, i recently was away from school a week before exams, what do I need to do?

It depends on your school's malpractice/misadventure policies. You will most likely need to fill out a misadventure form and obtain a medical certificate from your doctor, so it doesn't look like you were jigging school to study (i.e. malpractice). Talk to whoever is in charge of this at your school (usually your deputy principal?) about the necessary procedures for misadventure.
