man, i cant believe channel ten is moving battlestar to 10:30pm slot. my god its such a good show, good storyline and heaps of interesting characters(starbuck,).this is so sad to see shows like OC get to be shown prime time, where Battlestar...... i mean seriously, doesnt anybody here appreciate that show?I say its the best show in tv right now.(maybe except for Shameless on sbs)

Sci-fi is dead in Australia. I think there's some sort of stigma attached to watching sci-fi... You're not cool unless you're watching the OC.

Anyway, Starbuck rocks. A strong female character like Samantha Carter from Stargate: SG-1, teenage girls need to take them on as role models and not some strumpet from the OC.

Why did you create another thread? There already another three:rolleyes:. I like the show. Yeah, 10:30 PM is getting a bit too late for my liking. I might have to start taping it or something:(.

the only successful sci fi show is probably the Stargate series.

I prefer Enterprise (midnight) and the old-schoolness of Babylon 5 (dvds). The new Battlestar isn't that bad a show, but I just find it boring... Besides, being broadcast at the same time as Without a Trace is far from being a good idea, anyway.

This show has been running, what five seasons?
If you are talking about Battlestar Gallactica, this is its first season:).

I have never really been into Science Fiction shows, this is the first one I have watched I think, apart from The 4400:).

I think that James Callis (Dr. Gaius Baltar) is the best actor on the show. He plays his part so well:).
