I was going to list quite a few attributes, but I couldn't be bothered. But for me, the biggest heart melter is a flair with words, in any aspect.
words, in my respectful submission, can be easily labelled as shallow, false and superficial as looks. perhaps i need not go further than citing Shakespeare:
"And yet, by heaven, I think my love as rare
As any she belied with false compare." [my emphasis]
