Well, I'm unsure of which Engineering type I wanna specialise in. I like Maths and Physics and despise Year 12 Chemistry. I don't know which to choose from: Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical, Software or Computer. I'll most likely be in University of Melbourne by the way.

Could you rephrase that line about electrical engineering? What do you mean by "100% first go".

i think he means 100% fail first go, but then again, im sure thats an urban legend

Not sure about other unis but at melbourne there is definitely no subject in electrical where everyone has 'failed first go.' A few years ago someone went through the entire course with a lowest subject score of 75 and that was a one off (ie. never failed a subject in electrical). Of course, they might have changed the course a bit since then but I highly doubt that there would be a subject where not a single person passes so I wouldn't worry too much about it.

I feel better now. I'm most likely doing either Mechanical or Electrical. Mechanical sounds like hardwork when I get a job in the future >_>
