As the topic states - looking for sites where I can download some mobile games/apps for my phone.

Google for torrents. There's heaps of mobile phone game packs around. Don't know anything more specific than that sorry.

nokia e51, so it's a symbian phone

Well I've used www.mobilerated.com for [mostly] free java games/apps for my Nokia N82 and they work fine.

Only problem so far is finding a game that uses up my whole screen.

There's not much choice.

EDIT: The games are quite shit. Don't expect too much.
