Dunno Physics.

For Chem:

None.

Textbook: I use Jacaranda, Contexts and Conquering for Chem. But Jacaranda has a lot of applications style questions as opposed to rote learning.
Workbook: Surfing Chemistry all the way + heaps of past papers + worksheets that teachers give me.
No one asked you kient! :p

Chem TEXTBOOK: Jacaranda and Conquering.
Physics TEXTBOOK: Jacaranda.

Chem and Physics Study guides: Success ONE and download heaps of trial papers with solutions (they are out there).

Just a quick mention and promotion of the Excel Study Guide (green one?) for both physics and chem. Notes are in order of syllabus dot points and might not go into a LOT of detail, but still covers much of the content. I really like this textbook/study guide.

Use LOTS of textbooks: 2 or 3. All of them have pros and cons such as wrong info, inaccurate style of questions, etc.

Surfing for chem (and physics if you wish)
Dot point for physics, NOT chem, surfing is much better for chem, trust me.

Conquering chem for chem and jacaranda or physics in focus for physics.

Do that =99.95.
