Bill Gates wants cameras in classrooms (1 Viewer)

I think that Bill Gates is in la la land and oblivious to the competencies of government. The Australian federal government just doesn't have enough money to fund extravagant spending such as this promise by the billionaire Bill Gates. I wish that Bill Gates could fund such promises.

Extravagant spending? NBN, BER, Insulation, Set top box plan, live export assistance, $900 stimulus comes to mind...

Maybe Australia could have used money from the "Digital Education Revolution" to implement some of this plan, the laptops didn't do anything for anyone, least not at mine or my friend's school. Bear in mind that the $5bn figure is for the US as well, it wouldn't cost Australia that much.
