So, what birthday presents do guys usually like? (read: 22 year old brother). Ideas, bos?

I just going to go ahead and assume your brother is like any other 22 year old guy I know.

watches
jewellery (only if he wears it currently)
a nice going-out shirt (collared)
hotlaps around a racetrack (pricey)
any form of technology (phones, cameras, accessories etc)
alcohol (be a bit more creative with that and find something a bit more special/meaningful)
concert tickets/concert voucher
something he cares about (sports/music/favourite actor) but signed. check ebay

but generally good presents are more specific about the person and who they are...
