but i have a huge belly from a huge meal and chugging a 600ml bottle of pepsi after gymming. feels good

The female gender works if you put in inches, cm doesn't seem to be working, but inches work, a female confirm this
Yeah, inches seems to work, i got 15.2%

But if you're a female putting measurements in centimetres and selecting male, it's completely inaccurate, comes out as 5.2% for me...

yeah it compares neck circumf with waist circumf and gives an approximation based off observations

neck must be related to height. more muscular people have thicker necks etc

I think zombie had the right idea. Not sure if right either.

The true way is a skilled nutritionist with calipers and I think it's measured at different parts of your body. I've used the electric one which is probably the easiest and most practical of them all

Word, i did it in inches for female, it said 26% which is definitely way too much- it's closer to 18 I can see my obliques a bit and sort of see my top abs.
I have a ghetto booty from squatz, so my hip measurement would have influenced that heaps.
