couple of days ago at work i saw this extremely obese woman, who was kinda old.

she had epic bad cankles, and her tits were like... down to her waist :O

today i saw a super morbidly obese woman in a wheelchair

but i wasnt surprised, because i live in the obese capital of NSW (no joke, google it)

Nobody with a right mind should be stressing over their boob size unless they are of an inconvenience like mine are, eg. when you're trying to lean over a table to get your cup of coffee and your boobs bump into the table, or just even SIT on the table

or when you have to extend your neck really uncomfortably forward to kiss because your boobs are creating a significant gap between your partner's body and your own.

I have a friend who got a boob job when she turned 18.

However, she was literally flat (couldn't even fill out an A cup) and felt incredibly self concious because she did look weirdly out of proportion. Now she's like a 10C and they look great - you can't tell she's had anything done. She's also said a thousand times that she'll never get anything else done, it was just something she wanted to do to actually feel like a girl.

There are obviously people who overdo plastic surgery and look bizarre or who don't really need it at all (thinking boob jobs that up the cup size to anything more than a DD) but that's not everyone.
