well ikea's been mentioned a few times on RiotACT and theyre usually accurate, also if you do a google search it pops up in a few national capital authority govt documents so i really hope its true!

Swedes are good. I'm going on exchange to Sweden.

Swedish exchanges are actually discouraged (especially for law) because the standards there are so lax eg a semester of law there is apparently equivalent to one course here....
