It actually sayd "Inter session break finishes 28 July", meaning of course that the spring semester starts on 31 July...you may know this already but it wasn't clear in your post so just letting you know

Oooh, but your holidays are determined by exams. If your lucky and have no exams usually like moi, you get longer holidays

keep in mind too people - vast majority follow the whole autumn/spring thing but not all do some are done by quarters or half years - so make sure you check that the breaks are at the times you think they are if your course is one that is structured like this
