I am not sure how to study efficiently for content heavy subjects such as Business and Economics as reading notes is not helpful. My plan for year 11 next year was to rewrite my notes from school into a study book for these subjects and keep re-reading over those notes but I think reading notes is not retaining information.
Could you suggest how I could effectively study for these subjects which require a lot of memorising?

do like exam style questions from maybe dot point books or something. You get practice for exams by doing it

IMO notes are a waste of time. As said above doing past papers and exams are way better. You use more muscle memory when writing than reading. That's my opinion though. :)
