I can't speak for Ourimbah, but the Callaghan campus is in the 'burbs, with a bushland setting, probably about 10-15 min drive from the centre of Newcastle.

haha, nah...the campus is bush in that it has lots of trees and big grassy patches (as opposed to being entirely concrete), but once you're off campus (as in literally across the road), its just like...ummm...i guess the outer Sydney suburbs.

oh it is not! sure, it was once a swamp, and yes, the mosquitoes are a major issue in summer, but aesthetically, its gorgeous (apart from the fact the buildings could do with a good blast from a high pressure water cleaner)...give me Callaghan over UTS or something anyday!

Ourimbah's country-like if you're from Sydney. I used to live near the campus and you could often hear cows mooing lol! It's a really small campus though so may not offer the Uni experience like you get on the big campuses.

I was at uni today, the ITC building or whatever they wanna call it seems to be progressing well, and they've finally linked it to McMullin, twas quite impressed (would have been more impressed if the multi was re-open though)

I didn't know they were going to link it. Is it done via an overpass:)?

An overpass. An overpass is what you just described:p.

Umm, I didn't even know about re-enrolment:p. So that is what you were doing at the University. Can't we just do that on the Internet anyway:)?

Oh, fair enough. So do you know where I go to re-enrol (on the Internet), when it must be done by, and what it involves. I have no idea:p.

As for where to do it, https://connect.newcastle.edu.au/enrol/index.cfm
As for by when, you're guess is as good as mine
As for what is involved, its basically an online version of the HECS form we filled out at the start of the year, confirming details and whatnot, and subject selection...according to the site, should take 20-30 min (from memory), but the server was chucking the shits when I did it.
