lol true true. i usually knock off to bed at around 12-1 on school days anyway.. i dno why.. i'm nocturnal during weekends.

Frickin' hell I couldn't sleep last night.

I couldnt sleep last night either.
Got off the computer at 10, had a shower, got into bed by 10:30, studied for half an hour, couldnt fall asleep till after 12:30! For some reason my heart was just palpitating, I couldnt stop thinking of all the information in my brain.. Aaah!

I am going to be a mess when it comes to HSC

I think I read somewhere once that seeing a bright light (ie, computer screen) stimulates your brain into thinking its daylight, not sleepy time, therefore you shouldnt watch tv/computer half an hour before you go to bed.

I drank some hot milk as well and it worked amazingly. Never really believed it, but I recommend. I think I'm going to have a 1 hour power nap now before i start hist/geog, because i am exhausted.

OMG so I'm not alone! lol, I couldn't fall asleep until 4am. I had a bad stomachache and headache throughout the whole exam. It sucks. I'm gonna be so screwed for the HSC, but I'll just take sleeping pills
