Can i do petroleum engineering and do the postgraduate of chemical engineering later (1 Viewer)

it sounds a bit silly
I really wanna do petroleum engineering ,but a bit worry about oil running out
so i think when the oil is running out i will get another degree like chemical engineering and continue by the other job
is this possible ?



Q2 )) are there the limited seat for each course ? , ( says my background country limited seat like 24 for dentistry )
so like if i get 91 atar will i be 100% can get in to the course ?
