Casual and Part Time (1 Viewer)

Part time you get paid for holidays, sick leave etc. And I think there is a set amount of hours a week but less than full time, about 30-35hours/week.

But casual you don't get paid for being sick, and holidays etc. But you get casual loading hence more pay then full time/part time (of your age).

And also most stores give you additional pay for working public holidays usually 2-2.5 times normal pay, while the full time employees (not sure about part time employees) get paid a full day's work without working
