The course is listed as having no vacancies after the main round, therefore the university will only give late round offers to fill the spots vacated by those who decline their offer from the main round. In 2008, the late round cut-off for B Commerce was 98.50. If you qualify for HSC Plus (not 100% sure this applies in the late round, but should) your UAI wil presumably be 98.25, so depending on fluctuations in the late round cutoff you have a very slim chance.

I'm suprised you didn't get an offer in the main round - you didn't have it as your first preference?
