Guys, if you haven't already tried this, you're retarded.

Get yourself some Arab/Lebanese bread and cover it up with tomato (DO NOT USE BBQ) sauce. Then get some cheddar/mozerella cheese and sprinkle it over the bread and put it in the grill for a few minutes.

/Orgasm.

You're kidding right?

You do know what cheese is don't you?

I used to make cheese on toast by getting those Kraft Singles, putting them on a piece of white bread and then in the oven til the cheese sort of bubbled out of the 'skin'.

So gross in hindsight but it was my fav. after school snack.

no real difference, theyre from the same region. i think the only difference is the bacteria or whatever they use to culture it

They were made in different places hence the name, originally, Brie was made in an area south-east of Paris whereas Camembert was originally made hundreds of miles to the west, near the coast in Normandy. They were also made in different sizes:

Brie a large flat wheel,
Camembert a small high cylinder.

Anyway, cheese is awesome. Perhaps the best of the dairy variety.

Would it work well with shredded Jarlsburg too?

@Pace_T: I always make my home pizzas on lebanese bread. Sooo damn good.
