hey can someone put some dot points on what we need to know on DNA?

And for chemistry as well. do u need to memorise all this stuff? or work yourself through it?

Just remember all the reaction types (their word equations) and some basic valencies and you can do all the chemical equations they give you in the SC. As for everything else, they should be pretty common knowledge if you even half listened to the teacher in class. You'll be asked stuff about protons, electrons, neutrons, groups, periods and blah blah blah - in short, all the really basic stuff.

I've been doing a bit of study on acids and bases, turns out that you sort of do have to have a knowledge of reactions of acids and bases such as neutralisation.

Wow, thanks a lot stupid science teacher for not mentioning this all year :burn:

Well as I mentioned before there was a direct question about it in the written response section of the 2003 paper, and I've seen plenty scattered elsewhere.


Oh well, I don't have a lot to study now on science, I think if all goes well I can get a band 6.
