bam's real name is brandon cole margera, but there's also brandon decamillo, whom you might be thinking of, who's in all of bam's movies.

i think the main problem with a CKY concert is the lack of CKY fans that would eb there - half of the audience would rock up to see who of bam's crew came down. for those who like the music it's gotta be shitty (me, i'm ambivilent).

i'm so sick of seeing people walking around in bam element shirts, carrying bam decks. God damn it, i think the guy is great as a tv personality, but let's be realistic, he stopped being a pro skater for a reason: he wasn't THAT good. and i'm about to be flamed... even though i am a fan.. i just hate all of the merch around and all of the ignorant people wearing it.

im sorry to say but ditto... im a total skate lover and respect bam heaps as a skater however, i must agree with dead cactus that it is getting way too out of hand. the whole "bam" thing is becoming so commercialised thats its severely irritating. i hate the fact that people reckon they know everything about skating just because they watch the movies or wear the clothing, its sooooo pathetic.

sooo once again agreeing with dead cactus id have to say that the wrong type of people would turn up to their gig for the wrong reasons. sure their real supporters would want to watch them but whether they're able to get tickets is another question.

however id be there all the way and yes i do realise there would be sooooo many teenage chicks squealling but if there were enough true supporters im sure those chicks would get so shut down and probably shoved out of the way.

although the idea that Bam is a shit skater pops up whenever he is mentioned you have to be pretty ignorant to say that. It is the same as people like anna kournikova, people think the only reason she is famous is for being hot and that she has no real skill at tennis, but there was a time when she was in the top ten or some shit. Bam may not compete in tournaments but he is still making appearances in skate videos eg. the "elemental video" soon to be released. There are many skaters that no longer compete that are still regarded as great skaters, yet Bam seems to be singled out simply because of his appearance in aspects of entertainment other than skateboarding. He may be crazy, but he is still an amazing skateboarder.

ringerINC, i'm not saying that he's a shit skater, i wouldn't do that, as a watcher of skateboarding only i am in no position to bag anyone's skills! my point is simply that there are a lot of better skaters who go unknown by the popular world, and bam's skating status has been raised by his tv status. i'm not trying to be a player hater (lol), i swear! i am a fan!
