honestly Imma give myself til Christmas before I start catching up on tutoring homework and school homework - how do you guys plan on studying ahead in the holidays?

I’ve got a lot of chem and physics to revise, but then I’d probably try get ahead through khan academy or something and get used to exam qs. None of this is happening before 2025 tho imma relax till new years

Same, I'm gonna leave any studying until after Christmas because honestly I think I'm on the verge of burnout. I plan to catch up on maths homework, do the holiday hw my teachers set, read through textbooks and take notes, and read all of the set texts for Eng Adv.

Hey 2025ers this isn't okay, the 2026 HSC chat is so much more active than this! How have the first couple of days of the holidays been?

i have done NOTHING. sitting at the office and trying to finish my intern work but i keep getting distracted. sac teacher said 'tools down' till the start of next year and i'm trying to follow suit but am probably going to give in to the intense workload i have HAHAHAHA

Honestly that book wasn't that helpful, at least for prelim physics... I feel like it didn't equip me for the test and I ended up dropping Maybe I'm just bad at physics, but I feel like Khan is actually quite good for practising different question types

Lol at least you're on an internship, that's something! What do you do as an intern?
I think it's good to have a break but you've got the entire Jan to prepare for next term so you'll be fineee.... right....

i write 1-2 articles a week for the local newspaper, plus pitch ideas for stories (i'm horrible at this)
i'm away for pulse alive rehearsals at the end of january, then in canberra for advisory stuff till the first day of year 12 so that kinda lessens my time to prepare,,, so i think i'll try to do a bit now so i'm not stressed
