Just wondering if there are any clubs or societies worth joining...looked through the list on the website and there didnt seem to be too many of them...any current uowers know any clubs that are worthwhile?
FDM is run by Seth from the unibar/black opal and a few others from the drinking social scene.Without Wings said:I've never joined any. I remember looking at the list in first year and not being interested in any of them. We did discuss how we should make a bbq and beer club, or something similar at one stage...but yeh it didn't happen. I don't think they liked our idea
Someone make an interesting/exciting club for me to join...
I remember the Liberal club spent ages trying to get me to join. They just didn't understand that I don't care enough to join a party. I vote for whoever will rape me less.hfis said:As a general rule, stay away from the political clubs. The people within tend to be snobbish, and will not hesitate to stab you in the back at first opportunity because they all think they're going to be the next PM. If you are a snobbish prick however, I would highly recommend them.
And I was kicked out of the Queer Collective and The Resistance for 'being an unproductive member' or as one certain girl said 'Raiks, fuck off, you're not gay, you don't believe in any of these ideals, you're only here to stir shit and mock our entire organisation'.poloktim said:I remember the Liberal club spent ages trying to get me to join. I'm not sure how well it'll do.....
