does anyone know why do we have to arrive half an hour earlier?
is it just to calm yourself down or do we have to fill out any forms???

Theres no forms. You just sit around and wait with other people. Probably just to make sure you'll be there on time for your interview.

ROFL you should still try to get there that half an hr early.. it lets you meet the other people as well. It also acts as a 'buffer' in case something unexpected happens such as the person before you cancelling, or there being a lot of traffic and you arriving late, etc..
