How do I find the height? I know it's OA + OP, and I know how to find OA but OP is weird.

OP is just Pythagoras

OP = sqrt ( (3R)^2 - r^2 )
OP = sqrt ( 9R^2 - r^2 )

EDIT: fixed my error ~
