no the question itself wasn't abt young offenders, it just so happened that the stimulus was about age of crim responsibility, the question was abt cjs or cip

yeah the question itself wasn't even abt young offenders, and the stimulus was mostly abt community safety regarding age of criminal responsibility (got to do more with crim trial process + rule of law more than anything imo)
