what do we have to know about these?? my notes basically just say what happens during training and the difference between an unfit and and a fit person.. but im not really sure on the type of questions they could ask relating to these dot points??• immediate physiological response to

− heart rate
− ventilation rate
− stroke volume
− cardiac output
− lactate levels
• physiological adaptations in response to
aerobic training
− resting heart rate
− stroke volume and cardiac output
− oxygen uptake
− lung capacity
− haemoglobin level
