Most people enjoy being manipulated to a degree. The outcomes of manipulation may be beneficial for both parties

I don't think you can simply say 'manipulation' makes a situation wrong.

It's more a capacity of their judgement and ability to make rational decisions. Which exists as an absolute thing for individuals, but applying this based on a fixed age limit is obviously going to be flawed given this capacity develops at different rates.

Disagreed. As Sylvester said, you can accept that some people may want to do several things that you would not be willing to do, yet still support them in wanting to do it, because you respect their choice.

For example, I would never:

- Have plastic surgery
- Change gender
- Take illicit drugs
- Join the army
- Get a tattoo

And many other things, but I still think that people who choose to do these things are entitled to that.
