Increase of casual employment

That's one I know of

Mmm, yeah, increase in casual as well as permanent part-time employment, especially females. Also, more working from home, especially regarding female employees again.

Population shifts that create more culturally diverse workforce.

A move to more flatter management structures, and team-based working.

Introduction of family-friendly programs such as businesses with in-house childcare facilities.
