As long as the Diablo fanbase grows, and the game sells, I don't think Blizzard gives a damn what they do.

Besides, you'll find that heaps of male gamers out there use female avatars in their games. Blizzard's just giving them the option to do it without restricting their class choices.

And it very likely will. Don't see any reason why they wouldn't, unless the game is a catastrophic flop, but what are the chances of that happening (this is Blizzard Entertainment we're talking about here).

Blizzard knows to make money, that's for sure. And a decade is quite a while for a solid Diablo fanbase to accumulate. When these two things combine....well, anyone with half a brain can figure it out from there.
