Commerce Liberal studies = extra 1 or 2 years (someone correct me on this) to do another major. One of my friend's was opting to do Eco/FINS/Politics.. but dropped the finance part. Not sure what she's doing now.

but yeah. Comm/Arts = 2 degrees.
Liberal studies = 1 (one) commerce degree extended a year or 2 to fit in another major from a selection of disciplines.

comm/arts = 5 years
comm lib = 4 years

comm/ arts = max double major in both degrees
comm lib = almost certain that you have 2 recognised degrees on upon graduation. you need 7 subjects i think to get a major and in lib you are only allowed 6? :S
