I found ECON1101 finals MC quite hard tbh.You found ECON1101 hard?
it was slightly harder than the previous one. theres only 4 questions, and they just tested the basic stuff like portfolio beta, expected return, variance and CAPM.Oh well, how's FINS1613 quiz 3 so far? Need to know how much and what to study just in case there's going to be some troll Q being put up...
What sort of tricky questions were there? i.e. was the wording of the Qs ambiguous?it was slightly harder than the previous one. theres only 4 questions, and they just tested the basic stuff like portfolio beta, expected return, variance and CAPM.
hell yeahtbh if you knew your stuff, it was pretty simple, just tricky wording
What sort of tricky questions were there? i.e. was the wording of the Qs ambiguous?
yeah lol the wording is so bloody ambiguous. and to make it worse theres only 4 questions. so each question is worth 2.5 marks and the test is weighted at 13.5%.hell yeah
Bloody Finance trying to trip you up on how well you carefully read the question.
are you saying this because you aced it or is it generally easy?its easy stuff
yeah dude and i made a small error in question 3, and question 4 was related to the answer to question 3. so i lost 5 marks in the test and that translates to losing like 7 marks from my final score.... fuck. that means. if one Q wrong. 7.5 already QQ
nice. alrite ill go through papers and stuff. what did you get in fins1613? (if you dont mind me asking)its generally easy mate. but then again it depends on person as i am quite maths-oriented.
I went through a lot of past papers. i found my paper to be a little step up but that's okay because there was scaling i think (if it is harder)
in saying that i found fins1612 harder than fins1613 (which some people disagree about).
Since when is it weighted at 13.5%? Isnt it just 10 and then they drop your worst and average them out of 40?yeah lol the wording is so bloody ambiguous. and to make it worse theres only 4 questions. so each question is worth 2.5 marks and the test is weighted at 13.5%.
Can you please let me know where I can get the past papers?Anyway, have a look at some past papers from lecture skipper or something
Approx 13.5% of overall mark.Since when is it weighted at 13.5%? Isnt it just 10 and then they drop your worst and average them out of 40?
