I personally would. I have only had an older girl once (I was 16 at the time, and she was 18) and we got along fine.

I think younger guys (2-3 yrs) can be fun in the short run when you're bored of dating the 'too serious' types your own age. They're cute (in a not very experienced way so they try harder), they can be really fun and its kinda exciting.
They say that generally females can go out with older men as they are normally the same emotional maturity? (Females are more mature at a younger age) However it is more difficult the other way around, thats why it happens much less often?
(And not forgetting the way a guys reputation goes up up up if they get with a younger chick, whereas a woman is a "cradle snatcher" even if the guy is only 6 months junior, that might have something to do with it haha)

I dont think theere is anything wrong with it.
Right now, telling ppl im 17 and going out with a 15 year old....gosh they have barely matured.
But when ur older...it will all be good.
Ur friend needs to wait till he's at least legal....which would be 18 so that he's an adult.

Hence, in the long run young guys will tend to earn zero economic profits and girls switch to older guys who can obtain sustained economic profits through working good jobs- that is, girls eventually go out with older men as they have money.
