As much as I love uni, my goal is to get out and start teaching after I graduate. If I feel like continuing my studies later on, I may consider it (and I'd be in a better financial position to do so), but if not, I'll settle for my B Education :)

How does that work? Aren't you only going into the honours in 2008? Or do you mean the pre-honours subjects?
Nup, Honours sem 2 '09. Then I should have done all the Masters units and be off to doctor's here or overseas.

Is it all right that I hate you just a little bit now? And I mean hate in the most kindest sense of the word. Sif be Doctor Rob that quickly. *cuts self in envy*

Though seriously, that sounds great Rob, hope it all goes well for you.:)

Frigid where do you plan to study in the UK?

edit: I think it's a little premature to think about your honours grade when you've only completed 2/5 years of study.

i have completed 72 cp of 156 law cp. of the compulsory subjects, i only have litigation 1&2, L(S)T and ALR remaining. so yes, not 'premature', considering i'm graduating S1 2008. :p

haven't really thought about it. but haha, fantasy would probly be BCL (Oxon).

A few of my mates in the same year all did BA(Hons) in 3.5 years, and then went straight to PhDs, so I'm not being doctor Rob quickly when compared with them. All these history students make a dash for a doctorate, graduate, and can't find jobs because they haven't layed solid foundations in basic things. Really if it came down to it, I'd prefer to stay in undergrad a year longer and make sure I could survive overseas.

the Faculty is still working on it, but looking at other uni's, probably 75 in law.

So now I'm not sure how to choose between Grad Cert, Grad Dip, or a Masters anymore.

(in Design Science (Audio & Acoustics))

I know it's all about cost/time and stuff... it's just that when I graduate, experience is the bigger concern. But I'm genuinely interested in learning all the things these postgrad stuff involves. I'm scared to end up being too overqualified, with little experience etc.

Don't most Masters let you exit at Cert or Dip levels once you complete the reqs? If that applies here then hop into the Masters and decide then.
