if any one has any french begginers papers, could you please send it to me or something ....
i'd really like some to practice on ...
it doesn't really matter if its speaking reading writing or what ever .... i 've already got the past hsc papres .....

Mmm.. I'll ask my teacher if she can give me a copy or two of this year's Beginners half yearlies, or at least last years'. Depends how tight they are in their 'policies' etc. This is Open High we're dealing with so the exam would be designed by a committee and read and worked to death... so it should be OK. If I manage to get a copy hopefully I can scan it and I'll PM it to you or email it to you.

have you heard of the 'Z' tests? They're what French Beginners used to be called, or something.

ATTENTION AUX ETUDIANTS DE BEGINNERS!

Salut tout le monde,

Today I got two beginners exams from the Open High School. Both are the Trial HSC exam, from 2002 and 2003, so pretty recent. They emulate the format in the HSC (obviously), and they are the written component (no listening or speaking. Sort of a bit difficult to send listening over the net!), with:

• Section I - Reading Skills (Questions 1, 2, 3 and 4)
• Section II - Writing Skills (Choice of Question 5, 6 or 7)

I can't post them on BOS because they are too big! So, anyone who wants them PM me with your email address and I'll send the set of jpg's off.
