No, there isn't.
You have to take a left out the gate, and then make a right a block west outside UWS Village, and drive around the (small) block with the park.
Some people try a U-turn at this corner but I have always though this suicidal,
when for an extra 15 seconds, you can be sensible.
As to the overpass, forget it.
You can't get to the overpass via the main gate, as there is a median strip.
And even if you could, the overpass will take you back onto the campus, not onto Victoria Road.
Yes, it's a stupid situation. No, it won't change anytime soon.
So, like thousands before you and around you, you best learn to deal.
