Effectiveness/law reform notes (1 Viewer)

Anyone got any notes on the last section of the syllabus? ie. effectiveness of the law and law reform. It's just that i've got an exam tomorrow and i dont have time to make more notes! If anyone has any notes on this section it would be greatly appreciated. I tried the resource section and i couldn't find any there.
