If anyone watched Sunrise this morning on Channel 7 they would have heard the same thing as me.
Dietary Plan to increase brain capacity:
Eggs- Help the brain's memory. High in protein.
Fish Oil- Same as above. Also reccommended to eat sardines and anchoives. If you're like me and prefer not to smell for the next week ---> try the fish oil tablets.
Water- Considering our body is around 80% water, we should be drinking more to help our brains out.
I am stressed.
I am unmotivated.
But I want to do well.
I'm sure I just said what every other 60-odd-thousand kid in NSW is thinking.
