Help.
I need ideas for my employment law final.
I actually hate employment law, but took it because I do a heap of it at work and the 2 minor assignments (20% each) were pretty much stuff I do on a daily basis.
BUT, now I have to write a 2500 word essay.
We have the option of having our own topic approved or doing the set topic. I'm contemplating doing the set topic, because then I can just curse the unit co-ordinator for setting such a horrible question, rather than having noone to blame but myself.
But choosing my own topic does have its charm. So, any ideas? The upcoming IR reforms has been done a bit to death and wouldn't allow for any discussion of much caselaw ect because it's all hypothetical.
This is going to be painful.
