just wanted to know when you enrol in units for 2nd yr students, is it 8th feb ?? and we start 22 feb ?

Enrolment already started, and so did class registration, however they have been closed for the past week or two. They will re-open on 8 Feb, and yes classes start in the week beginning 22 Feb.

I went on estudent 5 minutes ago to see if I can enroll... confirmed it from the mq site that "Enrol in units and register in classes reopens 8 February." ... but nope still can't enrol.
