Well I have nearly finished my assignment im just going over it. it was to write a proceedure for the rate of reaction on an enzyme and substrate.

I did amylase and starch. The control is starch right..and it wouldnt be digested at all would it? At different temperatures...I hope my assignment is ok...

Control is starch without the enzyme, incubated at different temperature, the same time as your other reactions. Basically it's another set of experiment without the addition of the enzyme.
