Biology Rank: 1/35 Trial: 89 (Independent w/o option) Overall: ~93
Physcis Rank: 1/21 Trial: 92 (Independent w/o option) Overall: ~94
Math Ext. 1 Rank: 1/22 Trial: 97 (school, easy paper) Overall: ~90
Math Ext. 2 Rank 1/7 Trial: 55 (school, ridiculus paper) Last year top mark was 50 but most of the class got E4's Overall: ~70

If you do better in external English exam and keep up with these good marks in external exams,
99+ is def possible

I reckon 97.5+, since you're coming first in almost all of your subjects, your ATAR will mostly be determined by your performance in the externals. English could pull you down a bit though.
