Hi,

I dont if there's been a thread on this before but I have a couple of questions about Ext 2.

Firstly, what are the different types of major works you can do? Is it only a short story or can you do other things?

Also, if you do a short story is there a limit to the number of words it has to be? Or can it be as long as you want? If there isnt a limit does anyone know what the average number of words is around?

Thanks

Short story word limits are 6000-8000. Go over the upper one and you get zero.

You can lie about the word count, but you can imagine markers going through tons and tons and tons of short stories - they'll know if you're over.

Yeah, short story. Novella's are about 40, 000.

6000-8000 is about 20ish pages typed. A bit more I think, but that's a rough estimate.
