Fairness of courts towards rape victims (1 Viewer)

Ok, im sure that not many of you are rape victims out there, but what opinions do you guys have regarding how fair the system is towards victims of rape?

I'm thinking MSK, MMK, MAK, MRK case here... i think it's really unfair, but nothing can be done about it, if we preserve the innocent until proven guilty thing.

Remember that crimes aren't really about the victim, more or less they are about the culpability of the offender (blameworthiness). In rape, the concern is not what happened to the victim (until sentencing) but rather what the state of mind was for the alleged offender. Victims might be better off running a civil action concurrently with their criminal case.
