To make it easier for everyone, fill out this form:

Topic:

Category in topic (eg domestic violence):

Case, Legislation, document or other item:

Info about the case, legislation, document or other item:

---

Just to make it easier for everyone so cases and legislations can be put into a single topic. (by category I mean domestic violence, marrige, etc)

I object to such a lazy approach to learning.

I just thought it would be easier, because some people may not be able to find cases etc, so it is easier (as I do) to put them all into a single folder if you will.

Its just like having study notes and stuff so people can understand it better, I hope you don't object to people passing their exams, which is what I at least, want to do.

I am to, but sometimes its hard to find cases and stuff if you don;t know where to look, was just making it easy for everyone.

Anyway, back to the topic. With the case of Hyde V. Hyde and Woodmancee, I can't remember what year it was that the case came to be.
