does anyone know of any music/video hosting sites that allow me to host a file (videos in particular) without time/download limits?

ive tried rapidshare, megaupload, putfile but they all have some sort of limit..and putfile doesnt host video files.

theres no download option for my file + i actually need a proper URL for the download.

Well google video provides you with an embeddable code so you can play the video on websites, and it should allow you to download the video (I don't know why it wouldn't). Though if you are looking to only link to it, I really have no idea.
