Format of answering section 4 (1 Viewer)

So my plan is to have the same layout as section 3 but unlike section 3 where I talk about a topic then give recommendations, I talk about the topic then link to hypothetical/Qantas case study then link back to question. Is this ok?

The examiners report in 2014 suggested that students who used a report format in section 4 tended to get a better mark - probably helps in achieving the criteria relating to clear, structured format which is not so easy unless you are really good at writing essays
